The Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) consists of three Township residents to serve as members of the Board. There are also two residents that serve as alternate members. The terms of office are three years. The ZHB will hear and review requests for variances from items included in the Township’s Zoning Ordinance. The ZHB meets on a case-by-case basis when a Zoning Variance Application is received by the Township.
