Children's Safety Fair
The 2026 Children's Safety Fair will be held Saturday, May 16th, 2026.

Every year, The Patton Township Police Department, with many area organizations involved, hosts the Patton Township Children's Safety Fair. The fair is held at The Colonnade (Target Parking Lot) here in Patton Township an promotes building trust through positive experiences with Police Officers, Fire Fighters, and EMS. Bring the whole family for a day of food, experiences, and fun!
Community Involvement, Outreach, & Volunteerism
The Patton Township Police Department does a great deal of community outreach in the surrounding State College area. Our officers enjoy getting involved for the greater good and to spend time with the community.
Centre County Camp Cadet
Camp Cadet provides a week-long experience for boys and girls ages 12 through 15. They are exposed to law enforcement activities and are given an opportunity to know police officers on a personal basis. All cadets will develop new friendships and share experiences that will last a lifetime.
Girls Week is July 27th - August 2nd, 2025
Boys Week is August 3rd - August 9th, 2025

Shop with a Cop, teaming up with The Salvation Army to raise money during "No Shave November" as well as the Law Enforcement Torch Run supporting The Special Olympics.
