The Township expanded its fleet in the Summer of 2024 to include its first all-electric vehicle. The Chevy Equinox is used by staff on day-to-day Township business.The vehicle was funded in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Patton Township is happy to provide one free electric charger for the public to use. This charger was funded in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
The charging station is at the top of the parking lot, next to the dumpster area (across from the main entrance to the building). We ask that users be considerate of others when using the charger and remove their vehicle as soon as the desired charge has been reached.
