Welcome to the Engineering, Planning and Zoning Department!
This Department covers a wide array of services provided to Patton Township residents and businesses.
Some of these services include:
- Administration and approval of zoning, sign and rental housing permits for residents and businesses
- Review and recommendation of land development plans
- Collection and maintenance of Township GIS data
- Management of Township parkland, bicycle/pedestrian facilities, Open Space, and Haugh Community Garden
- Staff representation on the following committees:
- Planning Commission (PC)
- RAC (Recreation Advisory Committee)
- Open Space Stewardship Committee (OSSC)
