From CCRRA: To beat the heat over the summer months, our recycling crews will start collection an hour earlier between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Our crews will start collection at 6am beginning May 30th for the following municipalities: Bellefonte Borough, Benner Township, College Township, Ferguson Township, Halfmoon Township, Harris Township, Patton Township, Spring Township & Walker Township.
