The Township’s Real Estate Tax Billing vendor inadvertently mailed the 2026 County/Township Real Estate Tax Bills without the Apportioned Fire Hydrant assessment. Those properties within 780 feet of a fire hydrant will receive an additional bill for the amount of the Apportioned Fire Hydrant assessment. As a result, the Township is reevaluating the use of this vendor in the future. If you have any questions, please call the tax office at 814-234-6617 or email us at patton@twp.patton.pa.us. The Patton Township Board of Supervisors will receive the annual staff presentation on the Township's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program at their regular meeting to be held at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.  Interested parties are invited to attend.
