SUMMARY

The Allen Peno, LLC development includes an intial building with associated parking. The building will be comprised of 8,040 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of warehouse space. Along with a shared driveway access onto Bernel Road two other driveways will access Champion Drive. Two future phases of development with additional parking are anticipated for this Lot. One that includes a 4,000 squre foot addition to the initial building and a second 11,200 square foot retail/commercial building.
