SUMMARY

The Gray's Woods Planned Community encompasses the area shown in the aerial photo from the Geisinger Medical Center and Graysdale to Deerbrook and State Route 550. In accordance with the Gray's Woods Planned Community zoning district this Master Plan Revision incorporates changes that include sale of land and those future lots to Patton Township for Open Space. An updated Traffic Impact Study will also accompany this Master Plan Revision. The schedule for review as show below incorporates taking comments from local County and Planning Organization entities prior to review by the Planning Commission and Board of the Township.

SCHEDULE:

SUBMITTED TO TOWNSHIP: July 6, 2018

PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW: October 1, 2018

BOARD REVIEW: October 10, 2018

BOARD REVIEW #2: October 24, 2018

Note: Master plans are not subject to the Municipalities Planning Code because they are not a "land development plan" but are a provision of the Code of Patton Township for those zoning districts which require them to show certain aspects of future land development.
