SUMMARY

The developer proposes to construct the next development, Phase 6D, of Grays Woods Planned Community called Grays Pointe. This phase will include 15 single family units and 68 multi-family townhouse units. The development will extend the streets Jack Pine Way and Wood Thrush Way and create cross streets Dolomite Drive and Phoebe Road.
