From Your Desktop
The web based app allows you to make service requests and discover existing issues that have been reported. You must be a registered user to submit a request, then you can choose to make your request anonymously.
To Report and Issue Using the Map above:
Select The Report Tab
Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type the address directly into the form on the left.
Choose a service request Category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue.
Answer follow up questions if asked.
Enter a Title (required), additional Description (optional), and attach an Image (optional).
From Your Mobile Device
Patton Township SeeClickFix is available for download as an app for Apple or Android smartphones. Please Download the SeeClickFix tool onto you mobile device.
Thank you again for caring about the Township in which you live or work and taking the time to report a concern to the Township Staff. Once you have reported an issue, you will receive an email message acknowledgement that your request has been received by the Township Staff. You can check the status of the issue online or through the app. Once the work is completed you will be notified via email that the issue has been resolved.
DO NOT use SeeClickFix to report emergencies in Patton Township. FOR EMERGENCIES or instances that require an immediate police response, please dial 9-1-1.
