On November 18, 2020, the Patton Township Board of Supervisors established the creation of a Patton Township Housing Task Force to convene in 2021.

Mission: Through a series of monthly educational zoom meetings and discussions, the Task Force will compile research and recommendations on how Patton Township can address housing needs and opportunities for the future.

Because housing challenges extend beyond the boundaries of Patton Township, research and presentations to the Task Force will place the challenges facing our area within the greater context of national, state, and county needs and trends, exploring what can we do here to address housing needs and promote smart growth and development.

The Task Force Goal is to submit recommendations to the Patton Township Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors in late 2021 or early 2022.

Task Force Membership: In addition to housing and planning professionals and Township representatives, the Task Force will include resident representatives.
